May 1937 - March 1943

Terra Nova School
Jodrell Bank, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire [Location]

Became the 719th pupil to enroll at TN. Tommy Wheildon Brown (uncle) was the headmaster at the time and this may have been a factor in choosing the school.

Initially TN was in Birkdale but moved to its current location, as the school buildings were requisitioned by the Government with the war looming.

There appears to be no school reports or records apart from a copy of JWR's entry in the school register.
